Hi all,

My Platinum will be 2yrs in end January.....so far works great. I'm a bit curious that sometimes, once breaking, there's a sqeak comin from the front wheels. Is this normal?

I see.....would it be possible the pads have worn out already? I don't even have 5000miles on the clock....

Aaahhhh , 2 years old and only 5k... Could be the discs are rusty ?? Still think a cleanup would solve it..

What about trying a nice quiet road, accelerate to 30 and use left foot to put the brake on while holding the speed up? That would clean any rust off?? Others may have different ideas though....

Well noted....anyway the sound has drastically reduced.....i suspect they needed some cleanup, which came by use. Thanks loads!!!

My front brakes are begining to squeak! I've only had the car for two weeks and it's a brand new Aygo blue! Off to see dealer tomorrow..
