Lexus Ct200H Reviews

On balance I'd probably prefer a Prius with a Lexus Badge than a Prius with a Prius Badge. However, the Lexus doesn't have the 5 year warranty of Toyota.

Perhaps the Lexus will be bought by those less willing to flaunt their green credentials but want something more upmarket than the Auris.

So basically a Gen III underneath apart from a better rear suspension, and a new body shell.

Similar price range to Prius but with the Lexus badge.

Sounds like they've renamed the 'PWR' button to 'Sports' and adopted the small Auris boot specs as well! That won't improve sales.

Haven't compared the specs in detail but at a quick glance the picture looks to me like a refurbished Auris.

I await to be shot down over my comments by the more knowledgeable. :crybaby:

NO they can get their own :ffs:

Don't want to encourage that snobby lot and get more confusion. :censor:

I expect I will come to regret that remark but hey - ho. :o

I believe the Lexus hybrid will run better on Waitrose petrol, and absolutely gag on Tesco stuff.

HEY! I've just earned a Tesco '5p off per litre' voucher.

What do I do with my next Auris fill up [Whenever that is - the voucher may be time expired when that occurs - you all know what these hybrids are like]?

Put the voucher on E-Bay now? :help:

Would consider offers from trusted Prius friends.

Hey, I object !

Us ex-Lexus owners who've traded-up to the Prius, would love to know the differences !

Love your style Colin321

Can't make out what you are objecting to though

If it was out when buying the Prius, I'd probably would have gone for the Lexus. No problem with the drive train on the Prius, but the built and quality control is absolutely shocking. Not worthy of a £27k vehicle at all.
