Is there a way to program the door locking system so that it locks once ignition is on?

I realise there is a central locking button close to the driver, but would prefer it auto.

Can it be done on OE system?

Hi mate, do you mean like the type that locks the doors once the car gets up to say 10 to 15mph, that would be a good option for the Avensis. The only thing I can think of that's linked to speed is the front seat belts so the ECU does monitor that, maybe that function in the system could also be applied to lock the doors.

Pete.

OK thanks for the replies.

Just thought it might be a programable function. I can do it with my OE alarm on my 10 year old Subaru Impreza. Although their alarm systems are Sigma, which is part of Toad.
