Supply Of After-Market Rear Brake Discs For Rav4.2

Hi folks,

I've had a set of EBC rear discs on back order for my 2002 Rav, for over 3 months now. EBC apparently don't have any in stock and are not willing to provide an ETA for when they will next have them available!

As a result, I'm after any suggestions for alternate supplies of after market discs (as I'd prefer not to outlay for genuine discs if possible for financial reasons). Note that some places show the EBC discs in stock but after placing an order, I've found they are unable to supply (for reasons above)!!

Any suggestions most appreciated!

There is a motorsports stockist in Strathaven who may help...I hae used them before. There are other suppliers - rotordisc i think was one. On my number 1 RAV I have KAD discs on the front although I think they now outsource the supply. You'll probably find front discs far more easily.

Otherwise try a local parts supplier or garage to get a price. Is it particularly EBC you want? The rear brakes are less important then the front ones and going on standard type discs at the rear is ok.... even if you have ebc at the front. (been there and done it)

I have bought stuff from USA, and once got caught by the supplier failing. If stuck, send me a message and I will give you some possible sources. And of course Parts-King supplies Toyota Parts at discount.

Not fussed about whether they are EBC or not so will likely end up going for one of the other after-market ones.
