The Best Way To De-badge?

Hi guys i am looking to debadge my corolla so i was wondering what the best way is to get them off? Should i heat them up to loosen them up or is there another way? Thanks.

you've got the right idea m8,

I heated mine up with a small hairdryer until they were hot enough to peel off slowly, be patient though cos the last thing you want to do is damage the paint... make sure it doesn't get TOO hot either!

to remove the glue residue you'll need a cloth and white spirit/autoglym intensive bug&tar remover or similar :)

take your time doing it for best results

a good trick is to use some fishing line, hold each end away from the Badge and then pull it under then use ya white spirit/ autoglym stuff

and remember the bonnett Badge has two pins, so there will be two small holes to deal with (fill, smooth, spray) the rear Badge is just glued on (this goes for most Toyotas)
