Parts And Advice Needed Please

hi folks,

looking for a good parts supplier and a couple bits for my 1994 hiace super custom.

firstly looking for genuine service parts for 3lt KZH100 1KZ ENGINE model Y-KZH100G

next a couple of small but annoying bits ,these being the glass securing screws for the window in sliding passenger door (they are round flat face with square inside which joins on to a star screw head to secure glass)

also a wind deflector for front passenger window.

if you can help would be much appreciated,
