Remote Key Fob Not Working

I've got a 03 Auto GX.

The remote locking key fob stopped working, have to open and close manually using key.

I have replaced the Battery in the key fob, but no luck. Tried the re-synchronise method but no luck!

I have noticed that the interior lights do not come on now. Checked the dome fuse, its not blown.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
