Convert Corolla Verso To 7 Seater

hi, im looking at buying a corolla verso d-4d 7 seater.

i was wondering if purchasing a cheaper 5 seater and then adding the 3rd row of seats would be possible.

i am new here so be gentle if this is a silly question.

also is ther a good buyers guide, detailing what to look for when buying an old verso.
