An observation on the way the radio controls work (Gen III T-Spirit)...

We've already noted in this forum that the steering wheel radio controls cause the tuning to scan up/down rather than step through the preset stations...

However, I discovered the other day that, if you have the "Audio" screen displayed (i.e. listing the set of 6 presets) the up/down controls WILL step through the preset channels... it's just when any other screen is displayed that the up/down does a tune up/down scan.

I think that the previous post actually shows the benefit of this forum. Something like that is probably not mentioned in the handbook, after all handbooks are written by people who 'know it all' and not by people like us that have to find out!
