Hi Red and welcome to the club.

No experience with Falkens myself but a fellow countryman of yours, one Bothwell Buyer, speaks highly of them. I doubt if you'll get a lot of sense out of him just now though as it's his birthday today and I'm sure he won't have abstained this long

A rare form of endearment frae a young chap in Glostershire shire methinks.

I use Falkens all round on both RAVs. I haven't used number 1 RAV as its in the garage - running around with almost 400 Hp in this weather is a tad crazy. However I may need to use the car tomorrow,

Number 2 RAV has been out all week and manages the deep snow without any bother at all. What type of Falken it is wearing I can't remember but whatever it is is managing very capably where most other vehicles have failed. We have 6 trucks all of which could not get through the depth of snow the RAV got through today so full marks for number 2. I should say its tyres are very new. Num,ber ones tyres have been abused on the 1/4 mile sprints so the tread is a bit less....but as its much lighter it may just coast over the top of the snow.

Must say the Previa has just been shoed up with new tyres and new alloys so will give that a shot once the RAV has carved a path thru the snow.

Hi Red

I had 4 Falken LA AT T110 tyres fitted to my RAV last week and although I haven't actually been out in the ice and snow as yet (too many other idiotic non-RAV drivers about), haven't noticed any issues with them as yet. I got mine for £80 each fitted, from Blackcircles who were far cheaper than I could get them direct from my local tyre fitters.

And here I am, thinking all along that Bothy didn't actually LIKE his tyres, so kept calling them "these Falken tyres...."

Big Kev
