Brake Brushing Noise

My 97 Corolla has a slight brushing noise when I brake, noticeable especially at slow speeds as I come to a stop. It's intermittent, as if it's on one point of the wheel's revolution. Probably the front. I had the discs ground and the pads changed but that didn't help.

Thanks for any advice!

If it's only at slow speeds, try gently applying the handbrake to eliminate front or rear problems, then try a gentle brake free roll, to eliminate bearing or back plate problems and go from there.
