Starlet Window Winders

I've been trying to take the inside of my door off in my 1998 starlet, but I cant get the window winder to come off. Has anyone done this before or got any ideas?

If you are on about the handle for the window then all you have to do is put a flat headed screwdriver behind the handle and pull a clip apart. it is in a sort of u shape. once that is off the handle will pull off.
