Give The Standard Gt4 A Little More Boost

Hi Guys, I have a 1996 GT4 St 205 celica. I have decided to bring it back to life as i have neglected completely recently. dispite the fact i will be changing a few rubbers on the car, spray job. i wanted to boost the engine. I were thinking of an ECU unit but not sure where and which make is best for the turbo car. i want to be able to control it from the inside how much boost and if you know the limits you can boost the single turbo.
