Toyota Celice Fuel Tank Problems

Hello, when i take the pertol cap of my toyota celica 2004 i get a large inrush of air, should this tank be pressurised? or is the breather hose blocked, as after i fill the car up to the top the engine managment light comes on after 160 miles saying that it is running lean, but when i half fill the car it never comes on? can anyone help me? :help:

I've had problems with the breather pipe on my Rav4 and previa corroding and needed to be replaced. I guess you're car being so young should be ok...but it does seem to warrant a look?
