Water Pump/timing Belt Help

The water pump went up on my 98 Rav 2.0 so being a mechanic it didn't look too difficult

to do hehehe so here I am. I was advised as I bought it used to put a timing belt on it also

and seeing as its apart anyway decided to do that also.

Well the pump is on no problem the timing is set but I'm having problems with the tensioner pulley

Are there any tricks things too know, do you put it on first the attach the spring or what.

Any help would be deeply appreciated and quickly its pretty freakin cold out an not snowing at

the moment and I'm tired of taking the little woman to work.

Thanks,

Dave
