Toyota Still Reliable?

Hi

i am thinking of buying a toyota avenvis diesel version second hand. I used to own the older generation Toyota's so I was wondering will the newer versions still be reliable or will I be disappointed with the reliability esp after al the bad press Toyota have had this year.

Hi mate, go for a 2006 onwards 2.0 diesel as these have no cam belt and more power you will see that this model is the face lift model with indicators in the mirrors. Also look for full Toyota service history as this will help with any warranty claims that arise or if you are buying from Toyota ask for an extended warranty as part of the deal.

All cars have problems even Toyota but the majority of the 2.0 ltr diesels are trouble free when compared to other makes of cars.
