Rav4 96 Management Light

hi everyone looking for some help. rav4 96 starts fine runs fine, after about 5mins management light comes on and engine holds back slightly but will continue driving fine, stop leave for a while then start engine light out but will come back on in 5 mins. been like this for about a month only at first light was on from start up. done about 600 miles no other problems. took it to local garage but they can't read fault as the plug is different any one had similar.

Hi if you take it back to you local garage or you can do it yourself if you are technicly minded open the bonnet and find the small black box with diagnostic writen on it open it up and connnect terninal te1 and e1 with a pice of wire or a paper clip and turn on the ignition on the read the flash code ie the engine light it will flash for example 3 times then there will be a 1 second break then more flashes ie 2 this will mean code 32 then there will be a 3 second break and it will repeat then google the fault code ie code 32 and hopefull you will get an answer
