Step Chassis Brackets

Good forum this - My thanks to RupertRAV4 for his explanation of SCV replacement , very helpful. My 4.2 now running well. I have bought a tow bar from an on line auction site and it bolts to the brackets that attach the step.... But I do not have a step ! Does anyone have a pair of brackets they do not need ? Perhaps you removed a step to fit a tow bar that bolted straight to the chassis ? Happy to buy them. My thanks in anticipation.
