Dvd Panel Screen

Hi there,

I have a Toyota Verso T180 2007 model with DVD monitors in the headrests. Unfortunately when putting the youngest into his car seat the other day I leant on the passenger side screen by mistake and broke it.

I have two questions, does anyone know where Toyota get these screens from as to replace it Toyota want £550 and that does not include fitting. I would have liked to replace it with one that matches the driver’s side one, but I can't afford £550 just for it to say Toyota at the bottom.

Also I need to know how to remove the faulty unit, does it come out of the head rest or was the price I was quoted include a new head rest???

Thanks in advance for any help!

Most headrest monitors i've seen, are usually seperate from the headrest, as they custom make it for the install.

I would of thought it would be the same for most factory headrest, but wouldn't know.

If it is, then a case of remove the faulty screen and replace it with another unit, something like this

Magic thank you! The Pioneer unit seems significantly more reasonably priced.

All I need to know now is how to remove my faulty one ...has anyone had any experience replacing \ removing one please??
