Atf Type 3 In My Vitz 2002 Auto

i have the 2002 auto vitz 1.0 and have used ZIC Type 3 ATF, as I understand we should use Toyota ATF Type 4. Will this cause problems with my tranny, should i get the ATF replaced asap?
