Warning Light And Console Language

Hi All,

thanks for your help previously, I gots a couple new questions, I bought an 06 avensis recently, no manual, one key and the console language is Japanese. My car was imported from Japan privately so the local dealers do not want to know.

Can anyone tell me what the triangular warning sign with the ! means, it has just started up, I hope it is time to change the brakes! (25000 KM's)

also, any possible way for me to change the console language to English?? please help and I LOVE MY CAR!!!!
