Hi, I had a similar problem, I tried a jump start - tow start - push start and eventually had to call the AA which used a starter pack, and it started immediately !!

And has been as good as gold ever since.

You need really good heavy duty jump leads and a car or van fitted with a big Battery, I personally would leave the other car running and revving, others may not but I have never had a problem in the trade, just be careful.

Pete is dead right. You can try to jump start from the world's biggest Battery but if the leads aren't up to it (and most of them aren't) you won't get any joy. Heavy duty jump leads and a car or van with a diesel engine the size of yours or bigger and away you go. Should fire up no problem.

Conect the leads and leave other car running for five to 10 mins charging your Battery , if doesnt start after this you need new Battery id say . If it will go for a gud long drive to charge it properly . Check the liquid level in the Battery maybe its dry , not all batterys are the same good .
