4ws Problem

Hi I've got a camry that has the 4WS light on all the time while driving, but I can't notice any difference to the feel of the car from when the light was off!?

I've checked the error codes and have come up with error code 22 on the 4ws (Main motor open -- output main motor sig less than 2A AND steering control sensor less than normal)

Because the driving was normal I tryed to reset the computer, but that had no effect, when I turn the IGN on the light come's on for 2 sec's then go's off for around 6 and comes again and wont go away!!!! How can it tell theres a problem before I've even started!!!!!!!!!
