Interior Bike Racks

would fit in a 3dr - with rear seats removed of course?

Hi Pamela,

Being the owner (well....the washer and hooverer) of a 3 door Rav, I would have my doubts this would fit. The car in the Toyota advert for the bike rack looks even bigger than a 5 door Rav (Landbruiser...?) and the rack seems to pretty much fill it.

Check with the main Toyota dealer who seems to be selling it.

Thanks Big Kev, I've put the question to the salesman who has just sold us my new 3dr and he was going to ask the spares department..I was just impatient as my husband is taking over my NV and I am getting a 2005 XT-R!!!

I didn't appreciate that the picture might not be a RAV 4 as I'm not familar with the 5 door interior!

have you got a towbar fitted? cos we've got a four bike carrier that fits onto the towball,takes a couple of minutes to fit,unless you're lazy like me and just undo the quick release on the removable towball and take the lot off....lol

Thanks but no we don't have a towbar and I think he specifically wants an interior one, not sure why but it could be because he tends to pack the car the night before an event and does not want to leave the bike overnight on the back of the car?

Buy a Dahon Cadenza. It's a 26" folding mountain bike and we can get two of those in the boot of our 5-door RAV4 without folding down the car seats. Brilliant.

Mmmmm, not sure that we can fit another bike even a foldable one.......we live with 5 already, and none of them are mine! Do they do road bike too??
