my surf has started making a whine from turbo when accelerating.no loss of power renewed hose at turbo and checked rest ant ideas its deein ma heid in...

maybe check the turbo actuator pipe, its a very small pipe on the turbo

some hoses will split but the split only opens up when the turbo is boosting
