Toyota Surf Newbie Saying Hello

I just wanted to say hello to all.

I've just bought a Surf 3.0l TD Auto.

My first Toyota, it seems to be a great all rounder. Certainly more comfy than my Series 2 Landy (though that is 50 years old). Not quite as easy to camp in as my VW camper, but can I get roof tents like the Landies have? I've got no roof bars on it yet - anyone got views on those?

Any advice on where to get parts, service manuals and essesential 'must know' things to look at would be gratefully received.

No doubt I'll find all the answes in the forums eventually.

Welcome to the forum! I also have a series 2 LR which is one of the most uncomfortable vehicles ever - even a tractor is more comfy!!

And I'm also thinking of getting a Surf!!
