I have similar problem with my '08 TR. Replaced a rear one last week & got Mr T to do one front off-side today..

i) Didn't appreciate about LED ones being available - thanks...will order a pair today..

ii) I was stunned to find that after Mr T had done the front one today that the charge was only 43p (yes - forty three pee!!). He charges no labour!!! Amazing (explains why other charges are so high tho eh??)

PS And a free car-wash!! Well done Octagon Bracknell & thanks!!

I think you'll find that LED lights are illegal to use on the public highway. They should only be use on show cars. I wanted some and went to Powerblubs for some Phillips LED sides. But it says in the small print that there not road legal...

Enter your car details into the drop down menu on the left hand side, and it will give you a list of all bulbs fitted to your car.

http://www.powerbulbs.com/

I got a difference of opinion from that site.....2005 Avensis T3S 1.8 is an H7 for dip/low and either an H4 or H1 for main depending which site you go on.....anyone shed any light as to which is the correct one please - the standard ones I have fitted are like small candles!!

ok I got this now.....H1 it is. Have just fitted philips extreme vision h7 to n/s light and the difference is quite obvious - much brighter, whiter and clearly defined. Havent had a chance to check it out at night as I'm waiting for my new o/s headlight to arrive - I figure changing the bulbs with the unit out will be easier than when fitted (unless I get my 4 year old boys and their small hands to do it lol). I'm gonna go with the philips extreme H1's so i'll keep y'all posted on how effective they are :-)

Just to be on the safe side I'm gonna get the adjustment done at my local garage so I'm not blinding ppl
