Hi,

I'm noticing the the average MPG reading in the cluster is freezed to 33.9 no matter how I drive. The last thing I know I did to my rav is took the EGR valve out for cleaning, but I'm not sure if the problem was already there.

Any help if the prblem is related to the EGR?? :g:

There are two small black stalks sticking out of the instrument binnacle lens - the right hand one controls mpg data, the left one odometer, trip etc. With ignition on, just push in and hold for a few seconds to clear the figures. Momentary pressing of either stalk will scroll through the readout options.

Don't recommend trying this whilst driving as awkward to access

If it is the same display as I have you press and hold in the trip/nav button until it beeps.

This will reset the display.
