Alex Has Arrived!

They had me chatting in the showroom for so long the light faded too much to take any decent pictures, but after the big red curtain unveiling (a little embarrassing in front of the other customers) I finally have my Aygo Go!

Let me introduce you all to Alex:

Sorry for a new topic, but I'm just so over the moon with him. I love him to bits! I nearly cried saying good bye to Aaron (my 08 Aygo +) but the comforting words of the nice lady in the sat nav made me feel so much better. The way the sat nav, bluetooth, iPod and USB all interact is very interesting. I will scan the pages in from the manual for those who were curious as to how they all worked together.

Someone asked about the USB drive in one of the topics (I forget which sorry), but I just stuck my USB stick in and it played all the music off it, with the stereo as the controls. So now I'm deleting all my uni work and filling it with my music. Every day so far I've found something more awesome about the Go!

Hi there could you tell me if the front drivers area has two clips for the mat or one? I've picked up mats from Toyota ready for the car but the only have the one clip and I'm sure they should have two :-)

Looking nice :) shame about the gear gaiter not staying up see you got the same gear knob as me seeing that rev counter making me think more and more about getting one for my Aygo

It has two clips, but my mats also only have one hole.

And I fitted the rev counter myself... didn't take very long thanks to these forums. One day I will get around to painting the bezel to match the others too.

Thanks for the info, I've not got the car yet, but was sure there were two, and wondering if they had supplied the wrong mats from the parts department having seen unbranded ones online with 2 hole clips. Oh well so long as they fit ok in that case.
