Help With Antena Adaptor

Recently I have bought an aftermarket multimedia for my Auris. Information about this multimedia you can find in the following link:

Now I have the following problem. For the connection of radio antenna is needed an antenna adapter. For the adapter you can see the following links:

I need some help with the connections of the cables. The one cable (the big pin) is connected back of the car multimedia player but I do not know where is connected the other cable (the small pin). There is a problem if this cable will be disconnected? I will appreciate if someone can help me.
