I wanted to know if anyone had connected a subwoofer to the stock cd-player, and if yes, how ? :)

I imagine they would use a hi-line adapter which basically uses the rear speaker wires and converts the into RCA leads which you can then plug into an amp. Any particular reason for wanting to keep the standard head unit?
