recently part exchanged my avensis in for a aygo platinum 1ltr first if all finance is £116pm with all savings from fuel (predicted) tax/ insurance/ service costs (doing it myself) i can save £16 a month and pay the finance. This is oviously worked out over the year for savings but just proves changing to a more efficient car can pay for itself and after the loan term i will be rakeing in £1300+per year let the holidays come

Ive just moved from a Fabia tsi to an aygo (when it arrives) and ive predicted saving about £100 a month in fuel + £20 a month insurance and £70 a year in tax + £1 a month in the finance.

took several hours of jabbing on the calculater to finaly pluck up the courage to get another finance going for the aygo, already part with £370pm for prius but savings are paying for the aygo which makes me feel better. Have sparked off a chain reaction at work and suspect several saabs and bmw`s to down size dramatically. Well i always used to be into big cars that looked good with all the trimmings but with prices of fuel, tax, insurance well all i want is something to get me a-b and air con oh and of course 60mpg+instead of 40!!!!
