I got my elm 327 today and its showing po155 oxygen sensor/heater circuir bank 2 error. Does anyone know which of the 2 oxygen sensors on the exhaust manifold this code refers to as they are not marked? The sensor on the left has a white stripe on it and the right sensor has a blue stripe and i dont want to change the wrong one.Its an avensis GS VVTI 1.8 petrol.Id also like to thank everyone who has helped me on here over the last couple of weeks as it has been much appreciated and very helpful. Thanks to all. Scott.

Hi scott1212

I had the same fault and changed my oxygen sensor today. I'd found the answer elsewhere on this forum, after spending hours trawling through many sites on the internet.

P0155 is Bank 2, sensor 1, which is the nearside one (on the right as you look at it) with the blue tag. However, when you buy your sensor, make sure you buy "left", as they refer to left hand side from the drivers point of view. Luckily for you too, it's the easiest of the oxygen sensors to replace, even if it is a little tricky disconnecting the plug.

As I said, I changed my one today. Glad to report that the engine warning light hasn't come back on.
