Idle Problem

Hi iv just got a 2000 toyota celica and on the 4ish hour drive home it was fine but the next day after driving less then 5mins the idle will drop to 500 under when im no moving and sounds like the car is about to die so when i want to go i have to rev it befor i can move!!! can anyone help in anyway or know whats wrongs thanks

check with all spark plugs first -- i have had the sameon my avensis before.

Reset your ECU and see if it makes a difference
