hi guys, i have a question

Is it possible to reset the ECU on a 2.0 Carina II. Its an E reg auto model without the cat, and the first of the last II shape (if you know what i mean)

I know on nissans you just disconnect the Battery overnight and that resets it, just wondered if this will be the same.
