Hi Fellow (well, ex-fellow) RAVers

I have just put up my cruise control kit I fitted to my RAV4.2 up for sale. I know when I first posted there was a lot of interest in others wanting to fit the same unit and now here is the chance at a discounted price

Price paid was £425. I am asking £250 and can fit it if someone is buying who is fairly local.

As a fellow ex-4.2er I have passed your message above to the new owner of my former steed. The GV is the first car I have had cruise control on and I will never have another car without it.

it is one of those things that you think "well, it's just a nice to have" but once used, it's a must-have

I used to do a day trip from East Devon to Surrey and back and before the Cruise Control installed, I used to suffer from real cramp in the right leg

Go on, you know you want to...........go on, go on, go on, go on etc (to be recited wid a tick stage oirish brogue)

Serioshly tho, even with just 15 miles of the A30 dual carriageway each way daily I find it so good to have and the long haul down the autoroute and back last autumn was much easier with it in previous years. The drag back down the M5 from Taunton after a tiring long day grubbing about as an occasional volunteer on a certain steam railway again is much less stressful.

I won't get any car without it in the future.
