Hi, I would like to change the coolant on my 1332cc 1999 SE. Engine is 4E-FE. How often does it need changing (in time rather than miles). Can it be done just by draining from the radiator? Or do I need to drain the block and if so, where from? Would you flush the system?

Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks
