hi. i am considering buying a 1.6 v-matic avensis tourer. the car in question has a 59 plate with less than 2000 miles on the clock. asking price is £ 14. ooo do you think i should go for it. thanks.

In honesty, I have sorta lost track of the more recent avensi (latin plural...?), but 1.6 pulling a fair old lump of car?

Sounds like maybe somebody else brought it back,(only 2k miles) having found it would not pull the skin off a rice puddin'...?

Purely an off the cuff observation, and apologies if it's a 500bhp monster 1.6 !!!!

depends, i traded my 1.8 2010 plate tourer in for a prius and thats now on the forcourt for £14,600 and the later 2010 ones have privacy glass, satnav and rear view camera as standard
