Screenwasher Fault

Hi, my '93 Townace will not wash the front screen. The rear still works, and the pump makes the normal noise when I try to wash the front. Is it the same pump, and how do I get at it? Do I take out the inner rear panel, and how do I do that?

I had a similar fault with one of my RAVs and it was actually the washer pipe had frozen and a union split underneath. The extremely low temps last month caused havoc!!
