52 Plate Bodywork Trim Problems....

Folks - im hoping for a little help here....

As well as my 1.4 Auris my good lady has a 52 plate 2.0 petrol Rav4 (5door). However, she's had a few incidents with the plastic bodywork trim. I've managed to get replacement plastic trim panels for those bits that go along the doors but am wondering how the hell i get the old ones off so i can replace them??!

And anyone know where i can get a bumper end panel for the rear passenger side for this beast too?? Nothing on eBay that i can find for this model :(

Well - on a RAV4.1 the door trims have a long strip of double-sided tape along their top edge. Super strong glue.

I'm pretty sure there are also a few pop-in plastic studs lower down.

Thanks for the replies guys - although it looks like the install pdf is the same as the remove one.... :(

But anyone know where i can get the rear bumper corner replacement from???
