Belt Or Chain?

sorry if this has been covered bafore

i have an 06 plate 2.2 and im unsure if it has a belt or chain, is there anyway to find this out without taking it to a garage?

i only ask cos i heard that from July06 that they were fitted with chains and mine is 06 not 56
