Steering Groan/suspension Squeak + A Few Other Issues

07 T180, 39,000 miles.

Does anyone or has anyone had this issue before? When going up as the passenger tyre goes up a ramp something squeaks. As I'm going down, as I turn the steering wheel something groans.

I'm not terribly pleased with the car, I've just bought it from my local Toyota dealer, and I get the impression that they think I'm just making faults up?

During the recent gale force winds, I was traveling on the motorway when suddenly I got a loud howl of wind from the drivers window seal. Toyota tell me that these things just 'happen' and that it's kind of like when one leaves a window slightly open it will howl.

I feel like they're not interested because the car is over 3 years old. I did purchase an extra 2 year toyota warranty on top of my used one though. I'm assuming that the high pitched whistle from the wing mirror housing is not covered under this warranty, because they don't seem interested.
