loads but maybe not on an Avensis ... try the Auris/Corolla etc. forums as they are more likely to have done it.

Any good auto electrician should be able to sort you out.

hey that easy to do. done that on my t25 avensis facelift. will post some pic later.

I'd like to see those pic's. I'd love to do that to my car. And upgrade the awful headlights that are on them. My Audi A6 3.2 must have had the worst headlights of any car I've driven to date. :censor:

I would like to see the one which they fitted in the main headlight. Anybody who done that, can you please post some photos and how to do it?

Cheers.

Other Kool Vidoes

where they used put the led in turning signal light and used the empty place at the corner for turning signal.

And this is very good for facelift models.

Cheers.

Awsome, how did you do it?

How did you disassemble the main headunit and put these angle eye leds?

use hot gun to heat the headunit to melt the glue and it will come off easily

use mazda 3 angel eyes kit fit well on avensis. and give a better look than bmw angel eyes.

I was actually just wondering about those yesterday. Been thinking of doing something similar. I actually don't even have fog lights, so I'm thinking either a fog light sized pair of dlr's where the fog lights would be, or just getting the ones like you have, or (unlikely) getting the fog light kit and the dlr's.

Was it as easy as the installation videos I've seen make them out to be? Take you long? Do they only come on with engine on and lights off, or did you go for always on with lights?

Thanks

Hi,

In order to fit them properly you have to remove the whole bumper and take out that fog light unit and install the DRL.

There are all different sort of DRL, mine one are turned on as soon as the car is turned on.

And when I switch on the main beam, these DRL go to dim mode, so it does not distract the other drivers during the night.

Hope it helps.
