The strange thing is that I sold my Subaru for £10,000 and brough this for £4,000...

I have more fun in the Corolla than the Subaru, plus I get more heads turning.

Subaru's are too common these days.

Ryan1985 - If I had around £3,000 I would sprend it on a conversion to 4WD and a Supercharge kit.. but so far it's only got the following :-

Standard E111 engine with K&N Induction kit

TTE SS Exhurst

Sparco seats

Left to do :-

Rip out the insides

Hand made stright exhurst - proper rally sound

roll cage

possible engine replacement ( if I can find £3000 )

:crybaby:

Thanks Dave

I hope to have her finished before Jap Fest 04..

Since I have brought her, I have started to collect everything relating to this origional motor.

Used only in the 1000 lakes (Nastle) Rally Finland 1998

Driven by D. Auriol & D. Giraudet

I'm still looking for models for this Corolla - (checking e-bay daily)

sorry to put a dampner on ur plans but if u put a straight throught exhaust on this ull loose power. ur engine needs back pressure to have torque.

the rally cars can have the exhaust they have firstly cos theyre turbo (a turbo creates back pressure, so they dont loose torque), and secondly they have spent 1000s of $$ engeneering their exhausts.

i hope u have thought this out properly and spoken to some professionals, dont wanna c that sweet ride struggling to get to 100.
