Wheel Nut Size And Offset Questions

Hi, i am shortly ordering tyres for my st-202, and currently have 17" team dynamics 100+ jet wheels. The current nuts have been removed and put back on a number of times, so are desperate for renewal. what size do i need?

Also, what is the correct offset and where on the wheels would it be displayed? I have 10mm spacers on, but no spigot rings. Any help/advice will be useful. :help:

The Wheel Nut size is M12 x1.5 Most after market Rims take a 60 degree taper Nut.

You have a little bit of flexibility as regards Offset, IIRC, for a Gen 6 it's 35-45. If your Rims are 35-38 I'd refrain from fitting Spacers, they do more harm than good. The Offset may be stamped on the inside of your Rims, it will be something like "ET38".

If you can accurately measure the Centre Bore of your Rims, Spigot Rings to reduce the Bore to 54.1 are "cheap as chips" on eBay.

PS If you're just buying a pair of new Tyres, it's recommended you fit them on the rear.

HTH :)

The only reason spacers are fitted is because the wheels would otherwise catch on the calipers, hence my question.

Also, i am fitting tyres to all 4 wheels. I plan on having 215 40 17's all round, and for my budget i will have to opt for the cheaper Toyo T1 r rather than Goodyear f1's. I will have a look at the wheels and post what i find later today.
