Removing Headlamp On Avensis 2001

I've worked out how to get the indicator assembly out which was okay. I've removed the two top screws from the headlamp but can't get it to budge. I've read on the forum that people have removed the bumper to do this. Is there an easier way?

I've got disable the alarm buzzer until I get the money to get it repaired as it's going mad randomly.

You will need to remove the front bumper. See attached file.Not the same model but might give you and idea
