2004 Yaris 1.0 Mmt Vvt-I - Problem Adding New Master Key - Help

All,

I have scanned the forum before posting this. Apologies if I have missed it. But I am still struggling to add a new 2 button master key transponder/immobilizer to my ECU. On which I need your expert guidance and help.

I have recently purchased 2004 Yaris 1.0 MMT VVT-i engine. The garage gave 2 keys. One Black 2 button remote key and one grey key. (Both working). Have been through few post people loosing keys. I purchased a blank uncut key and second hand used 2 button remote key (With same serial numbers as my current master key). Did all the process of getting the new key cut and transferring the Transponder to the new cut key. I followed the steps as per http://www.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=85266.

I have managed to get the remote Lock/Unlock to work on my second hand transponder. But, I am still unable to program the Immobilizer. i.e., the new transponder can't be registered into the ECU using the steps given in the earlier post. If anyone who has faced this issue and how you have been able to resolve it, please help me.

FYI. The working Master key and purchased key have the following number on the back Valeo 736716-A CE0523.

Thanks in advance.
