Silly Question Re Avensis Tourer Tspirit D4D 2006

Hi All

I am getting my Avensis ready to sell and have some jobs to complete,

any help I would be grateful!

[1] My speaker door grill need removal,one speaker is bad, how do they come off (I tried prising off they dont seem to go anywhere!)

[2] Gearknob is damaged - this will not unscrew like my corolla one did, its a 6 speed pull reverse -(most likely I will sell car as it is, as its useable)

[3] There was a short on the wiring, so the headlamp fuse kept blowing, an auto electrician came and temporarily sliced a cable near the passenger door sill,now ok but I have no front fogs. Idont want him back but wonder if a wiring diagram is avaiable online? He wasnt very good and I dont want him back!

Any help would be gratefully received!
