Hello.

Having talked myself out of anything with a T180 engine I've found a 2007 Avensis estate 1.8 VVT T3-X that I'd like to view tomorrow.

Is there anything in particular I should look out for?

Is there a buying guide / common fault thread I can look at?

I can check the oil level and the last service date for signs of oil use but if it's been topped up it will be hard to tell. Or is there another sign? :)

I have had a good read about the oil consumption since I wrote that post but I can't tell if the issue had been resolved by 2007. Nobody seems to know the answer :(
