Banderainte Or Hilux For Carrying 600Kilos

I live in Brazil and am looking at choosing between a 1993 HiLux 4x4 Diesel 2.8 or 1995 Banderainte with a double cab.

These are not the actual cars but just to show the models I'm comparing.

My QUESTION is what is best for my use. My main need is to carry 1/2 meter of sand and 2 cement bags which weigh about 600 kilos total up a mountain road. Also the road I come up is a little steeper than normal. I've been told the HiLux can handle that no problem but I feel the banderainte is more suited for it. I like the idea that the hilux is more suited for the road and my wife will be able to handle it easier but my main doubt is the carrying capacity.

Does anyone know the pulling capacity of these two trucks?
